    Comfortable.

    Location, newness

    Cramped bathroom. No Sky sport channels by default on TV. Had to use iPad and not able to cast to TV.

    Excellent location for exploring on foot

    Location is excellent. Easy bus ride to and from the airport. Central location meant no need for a car to take in the central sights. Top-floor restaurant for breakfast was great. Food was good.

    The room was very spacious but the space was underutilized. It could have used another chair or a sofa (there was ample room).

    The best place to stay in Christchurch city.

    Great location to access central CHCH by foot, helpful and friendly staff - great restaurant and cocktails on site and plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment.

    Not a dislike, but the parking was a 2-3 minute walk. The venue had an arrangement that made the parking payments easier and cheaper - this is an ideal place to stay if you're not renting a car.
