  We were delighted to find a clean and elegant house, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families of three. It is located very close to the center of the little village, where you can find around five or six tavernas, two mini-markets, a bakery, and a pharmacy. But the most important thing of all was the kindness and hospitality shown by Christina, her husband, and their daughter!

  Of course, wherever you stay, you will probably find something that isn’t entirely to your liking. However, I don’t think it makes sense to focus on small details, especially when they are things that are beyond the property owners’ control. I highly recommend this property!

  Location perfetta, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e posizionata in un piccolo paesino ma fornito di ogni coda (2 piccoli supermarket, panificio, macelleria, 5 taverne/ristoranti, gelateria etc), ma soprattutto tutto raggiungibile a piedi in 4-5 minuti. Host perfetto, accogliente, premuroso e disponibile per ogni necessità. Casa situata in zona tranquillissima (da percorrere piccolo sterrato per arrivare) con nessun rumore (la mattina solo il cantare di qualche gallo, ma è una caratteristica che ben di adatta alla serenità del luogo). Tutta la casa è arredata con cura e passione. Il giardino è vivibilissimo grazie ad una zona veranda sul retro attrezzata con ampio tavolo e con illuminazione per la sera; meraviglioso BBQ che consiglio di utilizzare (macelleria prepara degli ottimi souvlaki ed anche altro) -host ci ha gentilmente messo a disposizione griglia ed anche carbonella-: molto funzionale e rilassante anche un bellissimo dondolo per 2-3 persone. La casa permette di visitare agevolmente tutta Sithonia e le sue bellissime spiagge. Location e host che consiglio vivamente.

  The property is a beautiful, comfortable, detached house with its own garden, parking spaces, and an outdoor barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped. The mattresses are comfortable, and the number of cabinets and wardrobes is more than sufficient. Each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning unit. External shutters and mosquito nets ensure that neither strong sunlight nor insects are a problem. The bathrooms are stocked with essential cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, and washing machine tablets. The cleanliness of the house is simply extraordinary, and every few days the owners, after arranging it in advance, come to clean, change the bed linen, and replace the towels. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, the property absolutely deserves the highest rating. The location of the house is very good, as it is not situated directly on any busy road. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Christina's Garden View Casa is among the very best places we have ever stayed. The house and its entire setting are perfectly suited for stays of any length, offering comfort while at the same time ensuring complete privacy. Finally, a few words about the owners, because they are the ones who make this place truly special and unique. We have never met such wonderful, hospitable, warm, and kind people on our travels before. Already after our first meeting, we felt as if we had arrived at the home of very good, long-time friends who were waiting for us and were genuinely happy about our visit. This was shown not only by the thoughtful gifts such as wine, olive oil, olives, fruit, and sweets, but above all by their openness, warmth, and kindness that overcame any language barriers. We hadn’t even managed to return to our country yet, and we already missed them as if they were our best friends. We are honored to have met such amazing people, to have experienced their exceptional hospitality, and we will certainly return to Christina's Garden View Casa.

  Excepțional

  Am avut parte de o vacanta minunata! Gazdele ne-au așteptat cu ulei de măsline din producția proprie, o sticla de vin si apa rece la frigider, ne-au făcut recomandări pe parcursul sejurului de plaje superbe iar la plecare ne-au făcut cadouri de bun rămas. Casa este într-o poziție superba, într-o livadă de măslini, e liniște si sunt condiții de nota 10 pentru un concediu cu prietenii. Ne-am bucurat sa putem culege smochine din curtea Cristinei si sa ne facem un mic dejun si chiar dulceata cum in România nu avem parte. Mulțumim gazdelor pentru acest concediu de vis!💕 Cu siguranță vom reveni!💞
