    Dormitorul și accesul dublu în balcon,baia

    Conceptul de living + bucătărie este cel puțin ciudat, neavând nicio masă unde să poți mânca un mic dejun,dotarea bucătăriei foarte sărăcăcioasă ,lipsa unui al doilea așternut a fost destul de târziu rezolvată de către proprietar, la întrarea în balcon curățenia era îndoielnică iar mărimea lui a fost inteligent ascunsă în poze de proprietar
