  Nice and comfortable appartment.

  From the parking area right in front of the building, you reach the apartment by walking through a quiet restaurant and up a flight of stairs. The apartment is clean and simply yet tastefully furnished. Although the road is relatively close by, it was always pleasantly quiet at night. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a large refrigerator. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower attachment and even a washing machine. The main room has a high ceiling, and a wooden mezzanine level has been installed; a large double bed with a very comfortable mattress is located up there. The apartment has two air conditioning units that can be controlled separately, allowing you to create a comfortable indoor climate. There was an ample supply of hand towels, bath towels, and toilet paper. After a few days, we were provided with fresh bath towels and bed linen. There is a seating area outside the apartment with a view of the sea. The clotheslines located outside are very practical, offering plenty of space to hang up bath towels and swimwear; there are also plenty of clothespins available. The hosts are very friendly and offer great tips for excursions or beach visits. The apartment's location is ideal: a staircase across the road leads to a sandy beach where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented. Halfway there, you’ll find a beach bar serving good coffee as well as light snacks and drinks. An excellent restaurant—Mama Loukia & Lotzeta—is located about 200 meters down the road, offering delicious food and very friendly staff. There is also a small supermarket even closer by.

  Voici une proposition d'avis complète et équilibrée que vous pouvez utiliser ou adapter : ​Séjour parfait ! ​Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillante et attentionnée. ​Le logement est très bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire dont nous avions besoin pour nos vacances. Côté emplacement, c'est idéal : la magnifique plage (avec possibilité de louer des transats et parasols) se trouve juste en face, il suffit simplement de traverser la route pour y accéder. ​De plus, des petits commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pied pour la vie de tous les jours. Malgré la présence de bars et de restaurants aux alentours, l'appartement est extrêmement calme et reposant. ​Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

  Ich möchte der Vermieterin der Ferienwohnung für den wunderschönen Urlaub und ihre zuvorkommende Betreuung danken. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einem herrlichen Strand. Schon morgens kann man bei einer Tasse Kaffee den Meerblick genießen. Innen ist es sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Strand liegt direkt gegenüber – so kann man sich bei großer Hitze bequem in den klimatisierten Ferienwohnungen oder in den nahegelegenen Tavernen erholen und jederzeit wieder ans Meer zurückkehren. Istros ist ein Ort, an den man gerne noch öfter zurückkehren möchte.
