Una experiencia terrible, no lo recomiendo en absoluto!

Una experiencia terrible! No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Nuestra estancia en este apartamento fue una auténtica pesadilla. Reservamos y pagamos para cuatro personas, pero las condiciones del alojamiento fueron totalmente inaceptables. El apartamento no tenía ventanas, solo una Pequena en en bagno… olía fatal y la limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear. Las sábanas estaban sucias, manchadas y con pelos , algo absolutamente inadmisible en un alojamiento turístico. Además, cuando llegamos, solo había sábanas y toallas para dos personas, a pesar de haber pagado por cuatro. Las sábanas que encontramos estaban sucias. Tuvimos que enfrentarnos a estos problemas desde el primer momento, en lugar de poder disfrutar de nuestra estancia con normalidad. Por si fuera poco, el sofá cama estaba roto y tenía un agujero, lo que hizo que no pudiéramos dormir correctamente durante las cuatro noches que estuvimos allí. El servicio de atención al cliente fue igualmente decepcionante. La ayuda recibida no fue adecuada ni completa, las soluciones ofrecidas fueron insuficientes y, en lugar de resolver los problemas, llegaron incluso a colgarnos el teléfono. Una actitud totalmente inaceptable hacia unos clientes que habían pagado por un servicio para cuatro personas. La falta de higiene, el mal estado del mobiliario, los olores desagradables, la falta de ropa de cama y toallas para todos los huéspedes y la pésima atención al cliente convirtieron nuestra estancia en una experiencia realmente lamentable. No recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie. Por el precio pagado, esperábamos unas condiciones básicas de limpieza, comodidad y respeto. No pedíamos ningún lujo, simplemente un alojamiento limpio, en buenas condiciones y con los servicios contratados. Una experiencia decepcionante de principio a fin. ¡No volveríamos jamás!

Posizione molto comoda a supermercato e aperitivo vari.
Ambiente piccolino per 4 persone, ma ben tenuto e curato. E' la prima volta che trovo un kit per la cucina che includeva spugna, panno, sacco per l'immondizia e sapone per i piatti. Buono anche il phon.

Deben decir que cobran la garantía antes de reservar.
Nos cobraron un importe de 200 euros de garantía ,me dijeron que lo extornan . Pero antes de hacer la reserva nadie me dijo eso. Deben ser transparentes desde el inicio. Éramos 4 y solo habían 3 sillas para desayunar. No dejaron ni un gramo de azúcar, sal. Nada .
