تجربة مخيبة للامل ولن اعيدها ابداً
البلكونة فقط
انتبهوا من صاحب المكان لانه حرامي وكذاب و يزعجك بتعليماته. في البداية طلب وديعة 250 فرنك قبل الوصول، قلتله اوك بعد الانتهاء تم تسليم الشقة نظيفة وفي الوقت المحدد وصاحب المكان ارسلي رسالة يشكرني على انه استلم الشقة نظيفة. وبعد مرور 3 ايام طالبته باسترجاع الوديعة و بدأ يقول يقول كلام ماهو حقيقي بأن الشقة غير نظيفة و تسجيل الخروج كان متأخر و فيه مويه في الحمام وسببنا ازعاج ! و طبعاً هذا كله عشان يسرق الوديعة او جزء منها. طبعاً رفضت و بعدها قال لي رح ارجع لك 150 و رح اخصم 100 و لا تقيّمنا في بوكنق اقل من 6/10 و تواصلت مع بوكنق وشافوا رسالته و رجعوا لي المبلغ كامل غصب عنه للاسف تجربة سيئة و محاولة اخذ المبلغ بغير وجه حق حاجة تقهر لا انصح أبداً. Be careful with the host — he is dishonest, makes false claims, and constantly bothers guests with his unnecessary instructions. Before my arrival, he requested a CHF 250 deposit, which I agreed to. After my stay, I left the apartment clean and checked out on time. The host even sent me a message thanking me for leaving the apartment clean. Three days later, when I asked for my deposit back, he suddenly started making false claims, saying that the apartment was not clean, that I checked out late, that there was water on the bathroom floor, and that we had caused noise and disturbed the neighbors. Of course, I believe all of this was simply an attempt to keep part or all of my deposit. I refused. He then said he would return CHF 150 and keep CHF 100, and told me not to rate the property below 6/10 on Booking.com. I contacted Booking.com, they reviewed his message, and Booking.com ultimately refunded me the remaining amount, so I received my full deposit back. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. Trying to keep a guest’s money without proper justification is extremely frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

انتهازي حرامي اجبري على دفع التامين مرتين وهددني بالطرد اذا لم ادفع يتصيد اي خطا حتى يخصم وقد خصم مني 250 فرنك
