A lovely property in a fabulous location with excellent kitchen and lounge, but sadly let down by the 3rd bedroom.
Location is delightful. Log burner was joyful. Kitchen great. Sofas very comfortable.
The bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were awful. We were 3 adults and the short straw was drawn by the very smallest member of the party, but even she found the bunk impossibly uncomfortable. She had very poor sleep, banged her head on the ladder and was altogether pretty unhappy. The whole bed shifted alarmingly when we thought about climbing to the top bunk. I wouldn’t imagine it works well even for children. It really spoiled our stay as the contrast in rooms was so vast. We also felt that 2 rolls of toilet paper is just mean. We ran out on day 3. The miserly 3 tablets for the dishwasher is equally poor. We only ate one meal a day in the property, but still had to hand wash dishes to get through the stay- not hygienic in a holiday let. Two final thoughts- the kitchen chairs would really benefit from cushions- to add height and comfort. A hand towel in the kitchen is also a good idea.

A great location for the local pubs and beaches
Location and cosy
No facilities to dry your clothes and the shower kept tripping out due to the cable used not being thick enough and could overheat, equals overheating and cutting out. Parking was a bit of an issue as on several occasions we came back from an outing and found that someone had parked outside the house when there is a no parking sign. Needs to be bigger , or cones to place .

Great location and area. Shame about the rest
Location is excellent, good quality bedding and towels
Downstairs smelt strongly of dogs. Outside patio was encroached by the extractors of the adjoining hotel which created smell and noise. Parking was very limited with one of the two allocated parking spaces being taken most of our stay
