    Nice little break

    The location was great, it was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed.

    The music coming from a pub close by, it went on until early morning, but despite that I fell asleep easily and slept well.

    Double booking disaster

    An hour before I was due to check-in I noticed I hadn't been sent anything regarding check-in or door codes. I called to find out when they'd be sent and was told they'd email them to me. I was then called about 15 minutes later and told that the back-end system had double booked the property, and there was nothing they could do. I was left without anywhere to stay for the bank holiday weekend at no notice.
