    A good space and location

    Great layout and plenty of space. Clear instructions on how to get into the property.

    Room wasn’t quite ready at 4pm just finishing off. We cleaned the bath as the bath not been cleaned and there was a film round the edge of the bath. We also brushed the floor. the kitchen facilities fell little short the potatoMasher was broken( completely missing the Handel) . Electric blender only had the Head and not the electric element. very minimal cleaning facilities such as sponge. coffee machine appear not to be working with the pods that were provided.

    Waited for 50 minutes to get into the property as Main door code was wrong.

    Waited 50 minutes to check in and the entrance hall and stairs not clean

    Lovely flat, clean and comfortable rooms

    We had a wonderful stay at Cockermouth for a wedding, the host Darren answered all my questions promptly before our stay. Darren also also sent a detailed message for directions which was great as we hadn't visited the area before, he even sent a voice note with details about how to access the property and use the lock box which was very helpful. Flat was lovely, clean with nice comfortable size rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Darren
