  Le personnel est très gentil. La situation géographique est très bonne

  Les prix affichés au restaurant sont plus élevé que pour un resort. De plus le petit déjeuné est très limité avec un demi verre de jus d orange par exemple et même pas un verre d’eau. De plus chaque chambre a une piscine qui n est pas nettoyée de même que le bed a côté. Vous allez à la piscine vous devez réclamer les serviettes. Loin d un 4 étoiles à ce prix là

  Frühstück war spitze Personal sehr freundlich Strandhandtücher werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt Zimmer werden 2x pro Tag gereinigt Lage super

  Der Deposit in Bar war/ist ein wenige nervig, da wird direkt nach dem Aufenthalt wieder heim geflogen sind & man somit das Geld mitnehmen & unnötig umtauschen muss. Es sollte heutzutage auch mittels Kreditkarte möglich sein, wie in vielen anderen Ländern / Unterkünften.

  PERFECTION

  We absolutely loved our stay at Cielo Boutique Hotel & Spa. 🤍 From the moment we arrived, there was something incredibly special about this place. Our room was absolutely picturesque and immediately made us feel at ease, with this overwhelming sense of calm that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. The whole property has the most beautiful tropical-meets-European elegance. Everything is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully presented. You can genuinely see the amount of care, effort and attention to detail that goes into maintaining this hotel. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing, and everything from the facilities to the rooms was comfortable and beautifully considered. The food deserves its own mention because it was honestly some of the best we had during our trip. The kitchen and chef are incredible. We loved it so much that we consistently ate breakfast, lunch AND dinner here — we barely wanted to eat anywhere else! To say we became obsessed with this place doesn’t even cover it. I also booked a massage during our stay and it was exceptional. The entire experience just added to how relaxing and special our time here was. But one of the biggest standouts has to be the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. A very special shoutout to Yaya, who was absolutely incredible. He is genuinely one of a kind and made such an impression on us. Having him there to assist us throughout our stay made the experience even more memorable. We were also lucky enough to meet the owners, who were fantastic. You can immediately see how much pride they take in their hotel and how much they care about the experience they create for their guests — and it really shows in every little detail. There is just an amazing energy about Cielo that is difficult to put into words. We are genuinely so sad to leave. This has been one of those places that you don’t just stay at, you actually miss when you leave.
