Ambienti puliti. L'appartamento è nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, vicinissimo alla metro Toledo, nelle immediate vicinanze ottime trattorie, pasticcerie.
Purtroppo il chiasso notturno dei quartieri spagnoli non permette di riposare se non dopo le due di notte... al mattino comunque il quartiere non si sveglia prima delle 8
