Cleanliness

During our nine-night stay, the room was not cleaned, and the towels and bed linen were not changed. There was also no vacuum cleaner or dishwasher available. Being on the ground floor, we noticed some ants entering through the balcony, and the gap between the balcony and the living room was not sealed. We also observed small insects on the floor and in the wardrobe, and their bites were uncomfortable.
