    Well worth it!

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It exceeded my expectations in every way! The price was well worth it for the beautiful, clean and spacious room, friendly and attentive staff and hotel facilities. It was my birthday during my stay, and they went above and beyond with a cake and birthday display in our room

The bird sounds around the pool area were very loud

Luxurious stay and very friendly staff.

Cleanliness, service of people, ease of finding things, comfortable bed and pillows, parking facility

Nothing at all. At this stage we had a good outlook of the hotel.

Amazing hotel! It has some nice pools and many great facilities and a number of good restaurants and cool bars. The spa is excellent and the room service of proper quality. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the 1F lobby. Was here for a conference and hope to come back and stay here again during an actual holiday. Rooms are nice and spacious and the matrasses very good. Bathroom and rainfall shower lovely and it has a convenient desk and chair to do your work if for business.

One day I got back to the room and the cleaning service seemed to have by accident clipped open the inner door lock, so that it was blocking the room door from locking. So my room was open and anyone could have gotten in, but assume it was an honest mistake but best to take care. I did miss a bath in the room also.
