    Host disponibile ma struttura da rivedere

    Ottima posizione, super centrale e appartamento abbastanza grande da poter ospitare 4 ospiti in due distinte camere da letto e 2 bagni.

    C'è da migliorare molto, molto scadente a livello di pulizia nella doccia e negli angoli, inoltre non era presente nulla per appendere un asciugamano. La porta di ingresso alla casa non è chiusa ermeticamente, nel senso che da sotto potrebbe passare anche qualche insetto in quanto è alta da terra diversi centrimetri. L'appartamento non è insonorizzato, è vero che siamo in piano centro a Genova, ma infissi molto vecchi con vetri sottili non schermano minimamente dagli schiamazzi notturni. In generale, avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione a mio avviso.
