Misleading advertising, poor accommodations, and serious privacy concerns
Nothing except the location
Extremely disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. The rooms are dark, with tiny windows, very little natural light, and none of the bright, spacious atmosphere suggested by the listing. The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. What was particularly concerning was that a male staff member entered my mother's room despite the door being locked, apparently to leave complimentary chocolates. Regardless of the intention, entering a guest's locked room without prior notice is a serious invasion of privacy. The property's name and proximity to the famous Çırağan Palace also create the impression of an association with the luxury hotel, which influenced our decision to book. After seeing the actual accommodations, we requested to cancel the remaining nights and receive a refund, but the property refused, despite the significant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep, this property might be adequate. **But if you're expecting anything resembling a luxury hotel experience, look elsewhere.** The marketing creates expectations that the actual property simply does not meet.

Расположение отеля большой плюс, все в шаговой доступности, рядом много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день. Полотенца можно бы уже поменять на новые, ужасные полотенца застиранные. Ванная комната тоже требует ремонта, в комнате свет тусклый. Номер просторный, 5 человек поместились на ура. Много шкафов, это большой плюс. Один раз завтракали при отеле, не рекомендую. Все было холодное и жирное. Хотя персонал очень любезный. У нас был ночной рейс, мы выселись в 12, трансфер от отеля заказали на 5 вечера и решили подождать в лобби апарт отеля, но нас оттуда попросили уйти подождать где нибудь в другом месте... Это конечно странно. В целом оценка 6 из 10.
Ужасно старые полотенца. Ванная комната требует ремонта. В номерах очень тусклый свет.
