    Exceptional place, we had a room with a view of Gran Via. Will definitely be staying again for our next visit.

    Pleasent except for the room

    Location, friendly staff

    My room had a step down from the bathroom area to the bedroom area that represented a tripping hazard especially at night when lights were off.

    De kamer was groot en ruim met alle faciliteiten

    Eetzaal stonk naar sigaretten rook Ontbijt was treurig, weinig keus Slecht tot geen sprekende serveersters
