    A beautifully designed hotel, with incredible staff, but it is not suitable for wet or cold conditions

    It was well located, with boutiques and stops on the ground floor. Our room was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and accomodating

    Due to the rain, there were many leaks in the hotel, and particularly slippery floors. Additionally breakfast is served on an outdoor terrace which was quite cold due to the weather. There was also only air conditioning in the room and no heating which meant our sleep was interrupted by the cold.

    Tolle Location mit spannenden Zimmern, aber leider weit entferne was für mich 5 Sterne bedeuten.

    Zimmer sehr schön, hell, ruhig, gutes Bett, super Hotel vom der Architektur her

    MA sprechen kaum Englisch, erster Frühstückservice war nicht bereit auf 08.00 Uhr, das Gebäck war vom Vortag und ungeniessbar! Kein Buffet, sondern nur Speisekarte. Empfang an der Reception: MA übermüedet, kaum ein freundliches Wort, keine Informationen zum Hotel, Frühstück, Fitness, man musst alles Nachfragen. Internetverbindung sehr schlecht, viele Unterbrüche und Langsam. Leider ist die Freundlichkeit in diesem Hotel nicht zu spüren.

    A beautiful escape in Mexico City

    A beautiful escape in Mexico City. Staff were exceptional, really made me feel so welcome and looked after. Room and the hotel itself is stunning, calming, beautifully decorated. It was the perfect final stop for me after 2 bus weeks travelling across the country.
