  Amazing location and comfy overall

  Pros: - Perfectly placed for a five minute walk into Bath centre. - Quiet peaceful location - A nice size house for four adults with a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen - even had an air fryer! - Television with all the streaming services and some books and board games were a nice touch. - The towels in the smaller room seemed new - large and fluffy. - Parking space for one car. - Enough tea, coffee and milk sachets for about four cups, and some crisps and biscuits which were a nice touch.

  Cons: - Some light maintenance and a thorough clean is needed. The tap in the kitchen drips constantly and the wall lights in the lounge turn into strobe lights if turned on past the very dimmest setting. - The bathrooms all have carpets which are stained and look mouldy - these need replacing with Lino or tiles asap. - Towels in the main room were old and scratchy - Only the small bedroom en-suite has a shower you can use, but the baths are nice and deep. There were hairs in the baths and we had to clean them before using. - Strict instructions about separating rubbish and emptying bins but only one bag provided and none in the bins upstairs. - Finally, a lot of cobwebs everywhere in the corners of rooms made the place feel dirtier than it actually was. - Be aware - Although one great Parking space is available at the property there was no available on street parking and the Charlotte Street car park, which is the recommended nearest would cost £50 for two nights. Our friends dropped off their cases then drove to the park and ride where they could park for free if they got the bus back in. - There is only one key for the property, so you have to stick together! This could be such a luxurious place with a few quick fixes.

  Fantastisk overnatningssted i Bath, som både ligger centralt men samtidig også isoleret, så der er fred og ro.

  Det var et hyggeligt overnatningssted, som mindede om et hjem. God fordeling af rum med stue, køkken og toilet i stueetagen og 2 soveværelser med hver sit tilhørende badeværelse på 1. sal. Gode parkeringsmuligheder i gården foran boligen.

  Mulighed for at komme af med affald, da beholderne i skuret var temmelig fyldte var det ikke muligt/besværligt. Spisebordsstolene er lidt hårde at sidde på, hvis man sidder i længere tid. (Træstole)

  We had a very nice stay in Bath and the accommodation was fine for a night or two.

  Location was excellent, the apartment was very nice and very quiet

  We found the beds quite uncomfortable. The mattresses have lost support on the sides. The pillows were also a bit below par. Also received a request to strip the beds the night before check out, which I’ve not had before.

  Хороший дом, но без души и гостеприимства.

  Прекрасный дом, с парковкой. Удобные кровати, достаточно чисто, есть все необходимое, удобное местоположение.

  Очень жаль, что впечатление от проживания испортило последнее письмо от хозяев. Понимаем важность сортировки мусора, но хотелось бы знать о такой необходимости заранее, а не ночью. В доме не созданы условия для сортировки и такие требования в последний момент не вызывают положительных эмоций. Плюс достаточно агрессивная подача информации. Ну и требование снять постельное белье - это уже за гранью. Если вы так требовательны-то и сами должны быть идеальны, но до этого далеко. Все эти обстоятельства не позволяют себя чувствовать желанным гостем. А это важно. Друзьям не порекомендую, к сожалению. Читала отзывы. И это последнее письмо беспокоит очень многих гостей. Не знаю почему хозяева не реагируют на это. Странно.
