Contactul cu administratia. Numarul de Telefon afisat in booking, nu mai apartine de Neo, este la o persoana fizica de ani de zile. Trebuie actualizat numarul de telefon in aplicatie . Parcarile din perimetru sunt numerotate , nu se stie care numar apartine de proprietate.

The apartment itself is excellent. It is modern, clean, well-equipped, and particularly suitable for business travelers who need a comfortable workspace for remote work. The flat deserves a 10/10 rating. However, there are several drawbacks that prospective guests should be aware of. First, the building has no elevator. While it is a relatively small building, carrying heavy luggage to an upper floor can be inconvenient. The main issue, however, was the hosting experience. When I called to clarify which building my apartment was located in, as the instructions were not entirely clear, the host responded in a surprisingly rude and unprofessional manner. The property relies heavily on a check-in app, and while it is supposed to contain all relevant information, I found that some details were ambiguous. Instead of providing assistance, the host became visibly irritated that I had called, repeatedly insisted that I should check the app and Google Maps, and raised his voice during the conversation. As a frequent traveler who works in the technology industry and regularly uses digital tools, I found this attitude both unnecessary and disrespectful. Another point worth mentioning is the property's location. The building is situated on a one-way street, and some taxi or ride-share drivers may not be able to drop you directly in front of Strada G.T. Popa 26. As a result, you may need to walk some distance while carrying your luggage and locating the building. Parts of the street are unfinished and covered with loose stones, which makes transporting wheeled luggage difficult and can easily damage suitcases. In summary, the apartment itself is outstanding, but the overall guest experience is significantly affected by the building's accessibility and, more importantly, the host's communication style and lack of customer service. I would rate the apartment 10/10, but the overall hosting experience closer to 5/10.
