    POSIZIONE OTTIMA, APPARTAMENTO SCADENTE

    Comodo al centro e parcheggio privato gratuito (anche se lo spazio è stretto e bisogna fare delle manovre). Appartamento molto spazioso.

    Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore, non indicato da nessuna parte. Arredamento molto vecchio e rovinato. Tende vecchie e sporche. Rubinetti arrugginiti e sanitari vecchi e macchiati. Bollitore pieno di calcare e con acqua dimenticata all' interno (da chissà quanto tempo?). Tazze macchiate (d'altra parte, non c' è detersivo per i piatti, ma solo sapone per le mani...). Mancanza di prese di corrente in bagno (ci si deve asciugare i capelli usando il phon all' ingresso).

    Pleasant and comfortable stay for a family of 5

    Excellent location to visit the main sites in Varna city including the Cathedral, sea side, shopping areas, parks and restaurants. The main building is historical and generally well maintained, This rental property is on the 3rd floor and consists of 4 separate 'studio' suites. We had 2 of the studios for 5 adults. A double bed in one studio, in the other studio there were 2 singles which were actually bunk beds, and 1 single was a sofa bed. The views from the top were pleasant and privacy is protected. The owner, Pavel is responsive and their colleague, Veneta is very helpful.

    One will have to negotiate the stairs three floors with whatever luggage.There is a kitchenette in each, that has basic facilities, but could do with added crockery / cutlery. The bathroom floor seemed to resist getting dry despite our best efforts.

    Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum. Klimatyczny dom z historią. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

    Dość klaustrofobiczna łazienka.
