    Hôtel passable, mais sale et bruyant

    Le lit est confortable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bien.

    À notre arrivée, le personnel insiste pour que nous nous inscrivions à leur club pour profiter d'une upgrade. L'upgrade en question est d'avoir une petite cuisine dans la chambre, inutile pour un séjour d'une nuit. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche. Chambres bruyantes (bruit de la route, voix dans le couloir, chaises qui bougent à une heure du matin). Notre seule demande lors de la réservation était d'avoir une chambre au calme. On nous a donné une chambre au premier étage, au-dessus de la réception, à côté d'autres clients, qui donne sur la route.

    We loved our room and we will book again

    We really liked the room quietness - the design, the view on the Barbican center. It was very clean. Everything looked fresh and new and well maintained.

    The room had a strange smell (but my partner did so I think it is subjective). The shower power was not so strong and not adjustable.

    A wonderful stay with an exceptionally helpful reception team who made everything effortless, a pristine room, and a ver

    The reception team was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made working from the hotel so much easier by assisting me with everything I needed. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, both before and during my stay, and had already addressed all our inquiries before our arrival. On top of that, the room was pristine, well-equipped, and featured a very comfortable bed and pillows. Overall, a great experience, thanks in large part to the amazing reception team!
