מלון טוב מאוד עם מיקום נהדר
קרוב מאוד לתחנת הולבורן עם קווי פיקדילי וסנטרל, רכבת ישירה מנמל התעופה היתרו. 10 דקות הליכה מקובנט גארדן וממוקדי העניין המרכזיים. צוות נעים, קשוב, חייכן. חדר גדול יחסית, מאובזר עם מטבח (כולל כיריים). מים, סודה וקפה חופשיים בלובי המלון.
לא נכנסים לחדר לנקות, להחליף מגבות או להוסיף נייר טואלט למשל.

Perfect Location - Uncomfortable beds
The location is absolutely fantastic and, in my opinion, one of the most convenient places to stay in London. The neighbourhood is lovely, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bakeries nearby, and there is a supermarket just across the street. The transport connections are excellent, with a tube station and bus stops right across the street, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We travelled with our two seven-year-old children, and the location made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything we needed was within easy reach, which is especially important when travelling with kids.
Unfortunately, the beds were a major disappointment. The sofa bed had two large stains and, despite our reservation being for four people, it had not been made up when we arrived. We had to figure out ourselves how to open it and prepare it for sleeping. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and made squeaky noises throughout the night. Thankfully, our seven-year-old slept on it, but I honestly cannot imagine an adult getting a comfortable night's sleep on it. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was virtually no space left in the living room and kitchen area. The chairs were pushed up against the bed, making it impossible to sit comfortably at the dining table. There was barely enough room to move around, even for two people, let alone four. Overall, the accommodation felt very small for a family of four, and the beds were uncomfortable. Cleanliness could also have been better, particularly considering the visible stains on the sofa bed.
