    Great location but facilities are very poor for the price.

    Location was great and the bed was comfortable

    They turned the air conditioning off because apparently it was “seasonal”. Our room was so hot and stuffy. We opened the windows and I asked for a fan which they brought up to the room for us. The room wasn’t serviced and was told if we wanted towels we would have to go down stairs and get them. Also the breakfast was insulting. The scrambled egg on offer wasn’t even real, it was some mushy goo. Bear in mind there were 4 of us in two seperate rooms with all the same opinion. I paid over $2200 aud for 3 nights for just my room, so I expected a little more.

    Tout a été parfait. 2 grands défauts cependant dans notre studio : balcon très sale et absence totale de crochet et barres pour poser ses affaires et serviettes

    Great location, horrible service

    Great location and spacious rooms and reception.

    Horrible service by the staff. I needed an extra pillow to put under my injured arm, I had to ask 5 times to 5 different employees and after almost 2 days I could get the pillow. Also the room wasn’t clean and the heating was working randomly. We were sometimes too warm, sometimes cold without changing the settings.
