Always nice stay in Citadines Salcedo, but the reception desk should be better prepared and focused on guests.

We have been visiting Citadines since 2017 many times. The facilities are OK. Except for the restaurant Manifesto. Hen you are a regular guest you expect a personal welcome. This time I assume the receptionist was new, so there was no personal welcome. Client Satisfaction is important for a hotel so the reception was not in a good shape. Happily we met an employee who recognized us immediately and he helped us perfectly.

The receptionist lady. Unsufficient and not prepared and not focused.
