Très bon emplacement, mais ne vaut peut-être pas le prix.
Très bon emplacement (proche de la Tour Eiffel et de nombreux restaurants). Chambres confortables. Possibilité de vue sur la Tour Eiffel.
Bruyant à cause du métro (même quand avec des boules Quies on ressent les vibrations dans certaines chambres). Trop cher même sans petit-déjeuner.

Not highly satisfied.
The location is prime, very accessible to the Eiffel tower.
It's a 4 star hotel, the communication and the pace of service should be a bit higher. It took me multiple calls and a long wait to get things sorted or communicated. The toilet flush stopped working by the end of the first day. I asked for 1 large bed and they put 2 singles together and it kept moving and moving and I had to wake up in the middle of sleep to put them back together. It was after a message that my request for 1 large bed was met by the hotel. I've a recorded video of the toilet flush

ANNULATION POUR UN MOTIF NÉBULEUX 2H AVANT L'ENTRÉE DANS L'APPARTEMENT, ALORS QUE CA FAISAIT 6 MOIS Qu'il ÉTAIT RÉSERVÉ. Le propriétaire ma laissé un pauvre SMS en guise de " débrouillez vous". J'ai dû me reloger en urgence à mes frais. N'a même pas répondu à mes appels. À fuir.

We had room 704 i think it was the perfect view of the Eiffel tower the reception staff were so friendly i apologize i dont know their names, Two young ladies and a gentleman and were all so lovely, our booking was under my husbands name Michael Green. The view from our room was breathtaking and the hotel was very secure only being able to get in using our key card which felt good. I cannot tell you how much of a wonderful time we had during our stay in Paris having been before but we will definitely be back!
