    Passt alles bis auf das sie eine Leistung nicht erbracht haben, die ich mitgebucht habe

    Sehr reichhaltiges und umfangreiches Frühstück, Personal, das für die Zimmer zuständig ist, ist super sauber und aufmerksam.

    Auf der Booking Homepage ist gestanden, das Flughafen Transfer dabei ist, meine Shanghaier Freundin hat 2 Tage bevor ich ankam angerufen, da hat es geheißen, das gibt es nur bei der Bringung zum Flughafen. (Also Taxi bezahlt). Dann einen Tag vor meiner Rückreise, gefragt wegen dem Transfer, da meinten Sie das sie das gecancelt haben, aber sie können mir ein Taxi rufen, das ich wieder selbst bezahlen musste. Da das Hotel nahe bei meiner Ausstellung gelegen ist, aber nicht wirklich nahe bei einer Ubahn, habe ich es auch wegem dem inkludierten Transfer genommen, darum fühle ich mich dahingehen betrogen.
