    Clean, friendly and very convenience location

    Fast check in n check out with friendly and helpful staff

    The lifts are a bit slow and after 10pm or so, we noticed only 2 lifts in operation

    The location of the hotel is very convenient to all the amenities within the Mega Mall complex. Coming from the airport by train is very easy with a station within walking distance to the hotel.

    Surprisingly there is no face towel in the bathroom. I thought it was supplied but have to call housekeeping for it. Would prefer a slightly larger room.

    Enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Coming back here again in future.

    Commented earlier the location of this hotel is very convenient within walking distance from the train station if coming from the airport. Located within the Mega Mall complex, food and shopping can be found in this complex.

    The room is bit too cramped.
