    Confortable et bien situé mais tarifs mensongers

    Petit mais offre tout le confort nécessaire. La situation est pas mal du tout, environ à mi-chemin entre la gare et le centre. Le quartier est calme et c'est juste en face d'un très bon resto.

    Lors de la réservation, des mois avant le séjour, nous avons précisé avoir un chien, nous n'avons pas eu de réaction spécifique. Mais 2 jours avant d'arriver, nous avons du faire une check-in en ligne dans lequel figurait une taxe animaux excessivement chère de 50euros (du jamais vu de tous nos voyages avec notre chien). Et rien ne l'annoncait avant, c'est limite malhonnête comme pratique. Il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain.

    El alojamiento es cómodo y espacioso, pese a que no lo parece en las fotos y está bien calefaccionado. Tiene lavadora lo que resultó muy práctico.

    La experiencia de no tener contacto con una persona al recoger las llaves no me gustó. Al acercarse el horario del check in enviaron un mail con el código para el candado donde se encontraban las llaves junto con otra información para encontrar el departamento y al otro día otro mail diciendo las condiciones para realizar el check out. Muy despersonalizado.
