    Perfect for o2 events

    Location was great for what we needed. Walking distance to the o2 arena which was very convenient. The place was clean and tidy. Plenty of space for us all. The host was very helpful sorting the issue we had with getting in to the property and did so quickly. Would definitely stay again for future o2 events.

    When we arrived the code we were given didn't work on the lock box. The phone number supplied also did not connect so we had no choice but to message the host via booking.com and wait for the response. At this point we genuinely thought we'd been scammed. The Internet didn't work which in turn meant the TV also didn't connect to anything. This didn't particularly affect our 1 night stay but would have been a problem had we stayed longer. Very noisy area. Whilst this didn't particularly affect us I could see how it may bother some people.

    The property is spacious with everything you need for your stay. Good communication with the owner with prompt responses to any questions. The 02 is within an easy walking distance 15-20mins Beds super comfy!

    Best thing was the location to the 02.

    Accommodation was well situated for the 02. Beds were comfortable.

    Bathroom door didn’t shut. Bathroom handle was broken. Wet towels were hanging in the lounge. None of the TVs worked. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Damp/wet floor in kitchen. No bin available in the kitchen. Broken shower. Skirting boards broken and the whole house needed painting. Holes in the carpet

    Neatness to the greenish peninsula. A car park The property seems well equipped in the past but loosing its maintenance

    Closeness to the bridge and all traffic noise was disturbing night sleep. Untidy front entrance was immediately discouraging .
