    Lovely appartment with good facilties - spacious and comfortable sitting room. Well equipped kitchen and utensils, although apart from breakfast, we didn't cook. Quiet area and nearby supermarket called Penney - very similar to LIDL and well stocked with everything you might need. Tram stop nearby down Hohenstrasse. Very close to Friederickstradt S Bahn stop. Bettina was very helpful and provided useful local knowledge on arrival. Overall very nice and well heated wi fi strong and reliable. TV we we able to lo in to our netflix account s we like to return to the apartment after dinner in town - very comfortable sofa with corner configuration and nice ambient lighting and decor

    Area was to be honest a little distant I would say 2 miles walking from main shopping and city centre area. Having said that tram was nearby and very frequent. If being in City Centre is an issue for you bear this in mind. On the plus side it is a quiet residential area and appartment was very good value for money. The main bedroom had a quirky configuration due to being over a garage it had a raised floor and steps up to the double bed - as a result ceiling was quite low - tall people might find it uncomfortable - we found it fine as my wife and I are average height. Shower does not have a tray and is on same level as the rest of the toilet floor so you have to be careful showering but we managed.
