    Die Wohnung wäre eigentlich schön, wenn Sie nicht so abgewohnt und unsauber wäre.

    Das Haus mit den Wohnungen liegt zentral und hat eigene Parkplätze. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig.

    Es ist schade, dass die Wohnung nicht gepflegt wird. Der Backofen war sehr verdreckt. Der Esszimmer Tisch (Glasplatte) war sehr verschmiert, die Küchenschränke voller Fingerdapper. Die Töpfe sind in die Jahre gekommen. Kaffeelöffel waren gerade mal zwei Stück da. Im Bad ist der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft, die Klobürste so braun und verdreckt, dass ist nicht gerade schön. Eigentlich hat die Wohnung Potential, man könnte mit kleinen Investitionen, wieder einen Top Zustand herstellen. Neue Töpfe, Besteck, Teller, Tassen und Gläser, Salz und Pfefferstreuer. Einen Toaster, Eierkocher, eine neue Klobürste und vor allem eine Intensive Reinigung der Wohnung und der Küchenschränke und Geräte. Vielleicht auch einen neuen Tisch, die Bad Möbel lösen sich auch schon auf, der Heizkörper voller Rost, der Badlüfter voller Dreck und Staub. Auch die Dornen am Parkplatz zurückschneiden wäre gut. Wenn das gemacht werden würde, wären hier Note 9-10 garantiert. Ich habe es dem Vermieter geschrieben per Nachricht, leider kein Feedback mehr bekommen.
