All guests will be met at the entrance to the development by a representative of City Apartments. They will be checked in, shown the facilities of the property and shown where to park in the underground car park. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival to arrange an approximate check-in time and will be provided full contact details of who will meet you on arrival. Guests are sent extensive check-in details prior to arrival which include a code to access a lockbox which contains a key and parking fob. Guests are also prompted to provide an arrival time so we can ensure the property is available and ready for their check-in. Full contact details for our office is included on the instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location. No A/C which was hard during a heat wave.
Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere. I also liked looking out at the canal. Nice to have a small balcony.
No air conditioning, and we were there during a heat wave.

Pleasant but let down by balcony
Position was good and good size
Could not use balcony. It was dirty had old food on it and a bird’s nest. Picked this apartment partially because of balcony

It's location to the city centre is great, plenty to do and no noise can be heard from the apartment.
I chose this apartment over my other options for it's balcony.. The balcony is disappointing as the view is a still river which isn't very attractive, you are over looked by apartments on the opposite side of the river and the balcony didn't get any sun and it was the hottest week we've had in years. We were going to chill out in the evening but it doesn't have any lighting.
