Die Aussicht überzeugt, der Zustand leider nicht
Fantastische Aussicht, sehr zentrale Lage und unkomplizierter Check-in. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.
Leider gab es insgesamt zu viele Dinge, die repariert bzw. besser instand gehalten werden sollten. Unter anderem ist ein Schrank im Waschraum von der Wand gefallen, die Balkontür war aus den Angeln, die Küchenstühle waren instabil, sodass man darauf beinahe stürzen konnte. Auch der TV-Empfang war sehr schlecht. Das sind nur einige von mehreren Sachen. Für eine vollständige Ausstattung der Küche fehlten uns noch Töpfe. Wir haben die Mängel dem Gastgeber während unseres Aufenthalts gemeldet. Er erklärte freundlicherweise, dass es aufgrund der Hochsaison schwierig sei, alles zu beheben, und bot an, einen Techniker vorbeizuschicken. Nett gemeint, aber es sollte nicht Aufgabe der Gäste sein, im Urlaub auf Handwerker zu warten. Angesichts früherer Gästebewertungen hätten einige Mängel längst behoben werden können. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft viel Potenzial, aber angesichts des Preises hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Zustand und eine bessere Ausstattung erwartet.

Super Comfortable Stay & Effortless Parking!
It was an excellent apartment, extremely close to everything. I especially loved the convenient private parking directly below—you could take the elevator straight up to the apartment or down to level -1 without even having to use the front entrance. Overall, it was a super comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Apartmán je umístěn v sedmém patře s terasou s výhledem na jihovýchodní část Varny. Cca 50m od domu je pekárna a jídelna, kde je možnost se najíst za cca 4,- Eura. Výhoda je i parkovací místo přímo v domě. Klidná lokalita v centru.
Wifi bez internetu, vybavení kuchyně bez hrnců. Nefunkční toustovač. U jedněch ze dvou dveří na terasu nedrželi panty. Nefunkční zásuvka na terase, Nefunkční vypínač na chodbě.
