    Prima uitvalsbasis om Oostende te verkennen. Dichtbij station en haven.

    Locatie was prima voor mij omdat ik in de jachthaven moest zijn 's anderendaags. Appartement is van alles voorzien, zeker voor langere verblijven. Communicatie verloopt vlot.

    Misschien een klein verbeterpuntje : als het kan misschien de lichtschakelaars vervangen want deze werken niet allemaal even goed

    Bon rapport qualité / prix !

    Le calme du quartier. Proximité du supermarché Delhaize à dix minutes à pieds. Proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus à 200m.

    Accès par escalier deuxième étage. Escalier étroit, assez raide pour des personnes âgées.

    Ce grand appartement très bien situé nous a permis de passer quelques jours agréables à Ostende.

    Propreté de l'appartement. Des petites attentions (vin blanc, bonbons, gâteaux)

    Les lavabos vraiment riquiqui alors que l'appartement est très grand ! Un bloc freezer ou un congélateur ainsi qu'un micro-onde serait un plus. L'escalier est assez raide et étroit comme souvent en Belgique.
