A Stay that could have been excellent but wasnt due to minor issues!
Location, size of the apartment, cleanliness
We were a group of 3 who checked into the apartment on the 15th of October 2026. The location was fantastic and the apartment was quite spacious. However, from a functional perspective, there were several basic issues that have affected our experience. With a little more attention to detail, these could easily have been avoided. Even though we tried to reach out to the apartment owners/ management team via booking.com, there was no reaponse. 1. *Air conditioning remote:**One of the remotes had no batteries. The maintenance team should ideally have checked that all remotes were working before our arrival. 2. *Bathroom hooks and rods:* There were no hooks or rods to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. This was a must-have in any functional bathroom, and it was quite inconvenient to manage without them. Please consider this a priority for improvement. 3. *Shower facilities:* The shower stall had only an overhead shower, with no handheld shower option. A handheld shower is very useful, particularly on days when one doesn't want to wash their hair. This is a practical amenity that would significantly improve the bathing experience. 4. *Mirrors:* There was only one mirror in the bathroom, and neither of the two bedrooms has a full-length mirror. One bedroom had half mirrors and the other one didnt have any. For a two-bedroom apartment accommodating three guests, this was quite inconvenient. 5. Drinking glasses: There was only one proper drinking glass for three guests, with the only alternative being disposable plastic cups. Surely, the number of glasses stocked should have been checked before check-in. Disposable cups are neither environmentally friendly nor a suitable substitute for everyday use. 6. *Cleaning supplies:* There was no dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent. These are basic amenities that guests would reasonably expect in a self-catering apartment, even for a short stay.

Per il prezzo elevato assurdo che non ci fosse nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua e nemmeno due cialde per il caffè. Non esiste poi che alle 9:36 sia entrato in casa (senza suonare peraltro) l’uomo delle pulizie con il check out alle 10:00.

la ubicacion es muy buena, el departamento es amplio y estaba limpio
Le faltaba algo de mantenimiento al baño, y era un primer piso por escalera.
