The location is amazing, right in the city centre, with almost everything within walking distance. We were able to walk from Nivy Mall to the apartment with our luggage without any difficulty, and it was easy to explore the city on foot from there. Another huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage for free both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.
The room we were assigned was not the same as the one I had booked. Since we were staying for just one night, I decided not to raise the issue, but I would have appreciated receiving the room that was originally reserved. The bed was also too hard for a comfortable night’s sleep. It would be nice to have smaller pillows and lighter or smaller blankets available in the room, as the existing bedding may not suit everyone’s preferences.
