  El piso está muy bien ubicado , con asecensor y tiene todo lo que uno necesita para sentirse como en casa

  La puerta del baño necesita un retoque porque hay un par de tornillos que puedes ser peligrosos

  Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wenn man zentral sein möchte.

  Es war eine schöne und zentrale Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern und im Text geschrieben. Es war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die proaktive Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Es wurden alle Fragen beantwortet. Der Einlass mit dem Code System hat wunderbar funktioniert. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Alles war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute schallisolierte Fenster. Es war alles da was angegeben war und noch mehr.

  Die Eingangstür zum Haus unten geht etwas schwer auf, aber das liegt wohl am Alter der Tür und beeinträchtigt den Komfort der Wohnung nicht.

  There was no hot water when I checked in and it turned out the boiler had to be replaced (which would mean 2 nights without hot water and half a day of plumbing repairs) so I had to leave after one night. I appreciate these things happen and staff acted quickly to investigate the issue. But the property manager's response to issuing a refund was terrible. Dismissive and belittling. Instead of acknowledging that not having a working boiler/ hot water water is not okay, I was asked to pay the full night and cleaning fee of €49 even though I was not leaving through my choice. There was zero acknowlement that I did not recieve what I paid for becuase there was no hot water, I couldnt make use of the flat while people were coming and going to check the boiler and I had to deal with the stress and inconvenience of moving accommodation last minute during peak season. In those circumstances it was unacceptable to charge full night and a cleaning fee which totalled to (€160) when I made virtually no use of the apartment due to the failure to provide a basic amenity. In the end I recieved a partial refund but it was a really terrible customer experience.
