    Réservation non conforme

    Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour deux nuits à une semaine d'intervalle. Pour la première nuit, l'hôte nous prévient 2 jours avant que les locataires précédents restaient plus longtemps et qu'elle nous louerait un autre appartement. Celui-ci était correct mais plus éloigné, rue moins engageante de nuit et en dessous des prestations de celui réservé à l'origine (même si un geste a été fait sur le prix). Pour la seconde nuit, elle nous transmet la veille le lien d'un autre appartement avec les infos pour l'accès, bien placé et très bien mais toujours pas celui réservé et sans nous demander notre avis... Aussi l'hôte indique à booking que nous ne sommes pas présentés.. heureusement pas de frais..

    Exceptional

    The apartment was clean and spacious. 15 min walk to the bus station and shops/ restaurant. Lovely host.
