    Very nice simple / cozy place in a nice modern neighborhood by the sea though near the city center

    Cozy place, nice modern neighborhood is a plus, good bakery nearby, on the port. Still very good location for the city center. Well equipped. Nice view from the bedroom (see + bridge)

    A bit loud on the morning because of construction work going on there, but this was not too disturbing
