  Good location near the beach, central part of the city, restaurants. Comfortable apartment and well-equipped kitchen.

  First we got the wrong number of the building and we stayed outside for an hour looking for the entrance and the safe for the key. Bash was stressful for us so late before midnight in the dark part. The beds are not comfortable, the old mattresses are ruined, the double bed creaks with every movement, you have the feeling that it will fall apart, the old dilapidated set in the living room (covered with canvas) that you can't sit on, there is a huge hole in the middle, so we used the couch from the dining room, swapped places so that we could sit. The terrace is very narrow, hardly a chair can fit, so we couldn't use it, and when we go on vacation, the most important thing for us is to enjoy the terrace and comfortable beds 😔. And here the view and the location of the terrace are bad, there is a warehouse below, so every morning at 05:00 there is banging, shouting, noise and no sleep (the apartment is on the second floor). We also had to wake up at 02:00, because 50 m below the terrace there are containers, garbage collectors, a truck, workers, a terrible noise. We were on vacation for 7 nights but without sleep. As for the hygiene in the apartment, it was ok, except for the glass windows, you can see that they have not been washed for a long time and the terrace is dirty. The toilet bowl is terrible, black, unimaginable in the 21st century to have something like this. I bought a cleaning and disinfecting agent, but I didn't manage to clean it. My recommendation to the owner is to urgently change the toilet , mattresses, beds, showers, and furniture in the living room. People rent, pay, come here to rest.
