Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and in a perfect Central location.
Only suggestion I have which is not any issue just maybe a comfy armchair in one of the window bays, with only the sofa bed as comfortable seating to chill in the evening there wasn't alot of space on it for 3 adults to relax

Pleasant Perth surprise
Love light bright, quiet & airy spacious apartment with a view of the mall. Well appointed amenities kettle toaster. microwave big fridge. Enjoyed cooking dinner in big kitchen. Complimentary tea coffee and bottled water was appreciated. Good communication by Michael regarding parking out the back of apartment - our Citroen SUV did fit the narrow driveway mirrors pushed in. Very quiet clean comfortable nicely decorated apartment. Our teenage daughter was happy to have her own room & not have to sleep on sofa as there are very few 2 bedroom apartments. The spiral staircase was like a castle so we only bought up or day back packs with clothes & left our big suitcase in car. Great location walking distance to grocery store, walked along river at night. Good location to visit Stirling Castle, Scone palace & Perth Museum & short drive to Dundee. Lovely little town. Stayed one night. Suited our family of 3 or 2 couples.

Absolutely lovely flat. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and the perfect location. Everthing that you could possibly need was available. We will definitely stay here again.
