Overall happy with a few quibbles.

Good location. Reasonably quiet area. Tesco nearby

Blinds in Bedroom 1 broken. Chip marks on the ceiling. Shower in ensuite leaking.

    Terrible

    Nothing

Wasn’t able to get in due to key retrieval link being broken. Called several times and left a message yet only got a response the following morning after I’d already had to book another property last minute. Then they had the nerve to tell me the links working on their side and hold my money hostage so had to go through a dispute with my bank. Wouldn’t recommend!
