    Impossibilité de dormir sur place à cause de l'odeur et de la saleté. Aucun remboursement possible.

    la saleté, le désordre et la malhonnêteté de l'hôtesse. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l'appartement était dans un désordre indescriptible: frigo plein de restes de repas, plan de travail non débarrassé, poubelle pleine, évier encombré de vaisselle sale, serviettes à terre dans la salle de bain, saleté partout. L'hôtesse a été contactée . Après un nettoyage sommaire, nous n'avons pas pu dormir sur place à cause de l'odeur de vomit dans l'appartement et de la saleté des draps du lits (couvert de poils). Nous avons été obligé de réserver ailleurs dans l'urgence et avons légitimement réclamé un remboursement qui nous a été refusé. Un cauchemar!

    The property was exactly how it showed in the photos and was nice and cost:) it’s in a prime location about a 10 minute walk to town it’s close to student areas and university so plenty of bars very close we had a great time and have already booked to come back to plymouth! Thank you very much for keeping regular contact with us and providing us with information on things around and good attractions:) we also had a parking permit given to us for our stay so had no struggle parking as had our own space:) see you again in the new year!
