Great location near the town centre Excellent communication with hosts. Very well equipped and biscuits and fresh flowers a nice touch.

Excellent location. Cosy and stylish stay
Great location - few minutes walk to the high street and then all the local attractions such as the cathedral, museums, punting and theatre. Very clean and cosy with everything needed for a short break. Garden looked nice even if we didn’t get a chance to use it as we were so busy.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful city!
Location was wonderful- just a short walk to the cathedral and High Street and parks all around. We discovered something new close by every day. We enjoyed watching children and families in the park from our bedroom window as well as a lady who fed the birds each morning, found a gem of a cafe hidden behind the park and appreciated plenty of good food just a short distance from our door. The home had a washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. Full kitchen. Comfortable living room. Big dining table, although we did not use it. Small bath with toilet and sink on first level. The street, though a little grubby, was very quiet and peaceful. Coffee and coffee maker provided as well as tea bags and electric kettle for hot water. There was even a fresh bottle of milk left for us in the refrigerator.
Beware that there are steep narrow stairs to the bedrooms. If there are people staying in the second bedroom, they will have to go through the main bedroom to access the bath. There is a nice terrace out back, but, probably because of the hot dry summer, it was in need of maintenance - cleaning and pruning, not really a "Garden Oasis" during our stay. It did have a nice table and chairs, however. There were a few minor issues with the unit, but the manager was very attentive and responded quickly whenever we sent a message.

Excellent city centre location, good facilities, great decor and vibe, and we really enjoyed sitting out in the back garden with the sunlight filtering through the trees. Surprisingly quiet, given the location.
