The location was very convenient, close to the town centre, and there was a paid car park only about a two-minute walk away, which I felt was reasonably secure. The apartment also had useful facilities including a kitchen, washing machine, hot water and a TV.
I have travelled extensively around Europe, and this was genuinely the first accommodation where I ended up sleeping on the floor because I could no longer comfortably sleep in the bed. The beds were extremely narrow and uncomfortable. I managed to sleep in the bed for the first two nights, but after that my back hurt so much that I spent the remaining two nights sleeping on bedding on the floor. For accommodation intended for an adult, I found the beds completely unsuitable for a stay of several nights. What concerned me even more was the condition of the property. When I arrived, there was already a saucepan placed on the floor to collect water dripping from the ceiling. There was visible damage to the walls, including damage in the bathroom behind the door. The apartment itself may look reasonably presentable at first glance, but in reality it felt poorly maintained. Sound insulation was also extremely poor. I could hear people entering, leaving and closing doors throughout the building, and the noise and vibrations travelled so strongly through the property that it repeatedly disturbed me. There was also an issue with the cupboard/door near Apartment 6 containing the water heater. I initially kept closing it, but someone repeatedly opened it again, so it apparently needed to remain open. This should be properly explained to guests. Access to the building was unnecessarily frustrating. The Yale keypad is not intuitive if you have never used it before. You first need to touch the correct area to wake the keypad, then enter the code and confirm it with the * key. None of this was clear to me on arrival. I spent several minutes unable to enter the building while travelling with my cat and luggage, and when I tried to call for assistance, nobody answered. A simple instruction in the check-in message would have prevented the entire problem.

Voltaria e recomendo
Boa localização, precisei de ajuda com a TV e o aquecedor e prontamente o pessoal me atendeu. Tiraram todas as minhas duvidas bem rapido.

Excellent location. Very clean. Good value.
Very clean.
Bathroom needs some repairs. It's damaged on the walls and floor a tiny bit too by previous guests maybe? Other than that absolutely great.
