    Very uncomfortable,, tiny space, awkward entry. Felt shabby and thrown together Actually left in the middle of the night as couldn't get to sleep on lumpy bed.

    The owner was exceptionally friendly and very nice. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect.

    The bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft/bouncy. Not sturdy enough and too small for two people.

    It was a cool cozy little room in an excellent location, perfect for my requirements for a two night stay in Exeter. Very close to the train station and easy to find, Nice and handy to everything I needed, It was clean and tidy, Good communications from the host showed me everything I needed to know about the accommodation on my arrival. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Exeter again.
