    My worst experience ever

    Location is in downtown, close to everything..however..read the comments below.

    I've been using booking.com for over 15 years and probably booked more than 200 nights in various countries. This one by far deserved the worst review. My experience was horrible in this apartment. Apart from the lack of communication regarding how to access the property (had to contact Booking calk center then got a call from the owner about the instructions, had to wait 20 mins in the street)..we were shocked that the elevator is out of service and the apartment is on the 9th floor. Imagine carrying your luggage and children to the top floor, that hike isn't easy at all. My wife and little children had to stay upstairs the whole night and couldn't enjoy downtown Manchester. I would recommend you make sure the elevator is working before you book the apartment..otherwise it will be a horrible stay.

    The host did everything perfectly fine, just the owners of the building didnt get the lift fixed which is in no way a fa

    The Views are amazing and so is the location. The Host ist also super friendly and replies very fast. Everything was clean and organised.

    The lift wasnt working so we had to walk up and down 9 levels every day and especially on arrival day with all the luggage it was really hard
