    Very spacious apartment, had everything I needed including an iron and ironing board. Very big smart TV, friendly hosts. On the whole a good clean (small issues) apartment at a decent price, would recommend as a base to explore birmingham.

    Largely the place was clean, just a few oversights: dusty extractor, strange smell in the fridge, windows could have been cleaner, and stains on mattress. Parking is available on the street but there is a lot of reserved disabled, I was able to get a space on check in day and didn't drive thereafter so can't say how easy parking is when coming and going. Small problem with the internet as the other flat had turned it off host was helpful allowed me access to turn it back on.

    I've stayed at the property a number of times for work. It's great value for money. I've always managed to park outside. Handy location for tyesley depot.

    Mattress in bed seems to be new and comfy

    Address is wrong in the property. It’s not flat 1 but 123 Alexander Road which caused unneeded confusion. 2 showers in the bath with only 1 working and the one that does work the clip that holds the shower in place was broken. Parking difficult in a very congested area. Could do with more glasses and crockery

    Not really happy

    Inside of the apartment is not bad

    Abit of rubbish in the waste bin, no Internet until the next day. The host didnt reply my messages the moment he resolved the Internet.
