    Moderne, saubere Wohnung in der Löwenstadt

    Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, praktisch, gemütlich und sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, auch Kaffeekapseln und Kekse zum Kaffee als nette Aufmerksamkeit. Die veröffentlichten Fotos entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten (ist leider nicht immer so) ! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Fußgängerzone ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. In kurzer Entfernung ist am Packhof ist ein gut sortierter, sauberer Edeka für Einkäufe und mit kleinem Café zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den beiden Vermietern hat immer prima geklappt, gute und sehr zeitnahe Infos, sehr freundlich!!! Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen.

    Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es halt auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern von der Straße her bis ca. 22 Uhr laut. Der Treppenaufgang und der schmutzige Fahrstuhl machen einen schlechten Eindruck. Im Duschbereich hat eine Ablagemöglickeit für Duschgel etc. gefehlt.

    Super modern und chick … alles da, was man braucht.

    Außen ist es renovierungsbedürftig, drinn dafür eine krasse Überraschung
