    What I enjoy most about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the very comfortable beds.

    The location was very convenient to the off-site parking I used for my trip. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was fairly quiet on 2nd floor.

    The carpet leading down the corridors from the main lobby are in rough shape. There are holes at the transition area, which really give a bit of a bad first impression. I know that it is beyond your control, but there was quite a bit of flight noise up until about 10:00 PM. It’s to be expected, but it was also very noticeable. I had planned to use the wake up service for my alarm this morning and found that the phone didn’t work at all. I’m not comfortable using my cell phone for an alarm and I like to have a back up. This was disappointing. No way to call down to the front desk. No way to call another room, no way to get a wake up call or make outgoing calls. Yes, I know that most people carry a cell phone, but for some older folks, this might have been a nice service to have.

    The location with shuttle was perfect so close to airport. Hotel was clean and comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good and well made. We would definitely stay here again!
